Refund policy

Velaris Commerce LLC ("Healiss", "we", "us") wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Return Policy explains how refunds, replacements and returns work when you buy through our store. It applies to all orders placed on healiss.com. If you have any questions, contact us at support@healiss.com before or after you order.

30-day guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a refund. If the product isn't right for you, email us and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. There is no paperwork and no follow-up questions.

Wrong size

If the size you ordered doesn't fit, we will send you a replacement in the correct size at no additional cost. In most cases you will not need to send the original item back. Simply email us with your order number and the size you need.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not the item you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or refund you in full — whichever you prefer. You will not be charged for the replacement or for return shipping.

How to make a request

To start a refund, replacement or return, email support@healiss.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The name and email used at checkout
  • A short description of the issue (and a photo, if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We respond within 1 business day. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and cover the cost. Please do not send any item back to us before contacting us — items returned without prior authorization may not be processed.

Refunds

Once your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer. Where original shipping was paid, it is included in the refund.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Estimated delivery is 7 to 15 business days to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Orders are shipped by our international fulfilment partner, and delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local carrier delays.

Items we cannot refund

  • Digital bonus materials, which are delivered instantly and cannot be returned
  • Orders where the delivery address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete
  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery

If your situation isn't covered here, contact us anyway. We review requests on a case-by-case basis.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces the rights you have under the consumer laws that apply where you live. These rights exist in addition to our 30-day guarantee.

  • United Kingdom. You have a 14-day right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, starting from the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. You also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
  • Australia. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
  • United States and Canada. You retain all rights available to you under applicable federal, state and provincial consumer protection laws.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund and Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
