Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship and deliver orders placed on healiss.com. It applies to all orders shipped to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. If you have any questions before or after you order, contact us at support@healiss.com.
Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we serve. There is no minimum order value and no shipping charge is added at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details as soon as it ships.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery is 6 to 12 business days from dispatch, with most orders arriving in around 8 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays. Delivery may take longer during peak periods, or as a result of customs processing, carrier delays, weather or other events outside our control.
Where your order ships from
Orders are shipped by our international fulfilment partner and are sent directly to you. Your parcel may arrive with international shipping labels and customs documentation. This is normal and does not affect your guarantee, your right to a refund or the support you receive from us.
Tracking your order
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking information can take 2 to 4 business days to begin updating after dispatch — if your tracking looks inactive at first, this is normal and your order is on its way. If your tracking has not updated at all after 7 business days, email us at support@healiss.com and we will look into it.
Shipping addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We are not able to change an address once an order has been dispatched. If you notice an error, email us at support@healiss.com immediately and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Customs, duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the price you pay at checkout. In most cases no additional charges apply, but where a destination country does apply them, they are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary by country — if you are unsure, contact your local customs office before ordering. Any customs delay is outside our control and does not extend or invalidate your 30-day guarantee, which begins on the day your order is delivered.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email us at support@healiss.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and either resend your order or refund you in full — your choice. If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you at no cost to you.
Multiple items
Orders containing more than one item may occasionally be shipped in separate parcels and arrive on different days. If this happens, you will receive tracking details for each parcel. Nothing is missing from your order.
Refunds and returns
Our 30-day guarantee is set out in full in our Refund and Return Policy. The 30 days begin on the day your order is delivered, not on the day you order.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
